چکیده
Abstract Problem Obesity and preeclampsia both involve a pathological inflammatory response, which may be how obesity increases risk. Previous studies have failed to assess robust measurements of markers across gestation, specifically in overweight/ obese women the context preeclampsia. Method study We measured 20 plasma via multiplex assay (ThermoFisher Inflammation plex Human ProcartaPlex Panel) three trimesters pregnancy an existing cohort overweight who developed ( n = 37) without 74). Mann–Whitney U tests examined differences marker concentrations between cases controls. Repeated measures ANOVA were used explore over time within Results Pro‐inflammatory (IL‐1α, IL‐1β, IL‐6, IFN‐α, IFN‐γ, GM‐CSF, IL‐12p70, IL‐17α, TNF‐α, IL‐8) anti‐inflammatory (IL‐4, IL‐10, IL‐13) higher first second trimester participants later compared those did not p < .05). Only TNF‐α IL‐8 remained elevated third trimester. Inflammatory change but increase Conclusion Our findings diverge from prior studies, predominantly non‐obese women, that report lower circulating cytokines versus normotensive pregnancy, particularly by late pregnancy. posit with develop entered heightened pro‐inflammatory state likely related obesity, increased risk for Further are needed investigate if maker profiles differ women.

Comparison pregnancy rating with neonatal Characteristics in women with preeclampsia
Introduction: The increasing number of pregnancies can be dangerous for mother and baby. And third and fourth pregnancies, increases risks for pregnancies. But given the lack of studies in this field, present study aimed" Comparison pregnancy Rating with neonatal Characteristics in women with preeclampsia "to do. Methods: This study is descriptive analytical. The research samples the availab...
متن کاملElevated maternal lipids in early pregnancy are not associated with risk of intrapartum caesarean in overweight and obese nulliparous women
BACKGROUND Maternal overweight and obesity are associated with slower labour progress and increased caesarean delivery for failure to progress. Obesity is also associated with hyperlipidaemia and cholesterol inhibits myometrial contractility in vitro. Our aim was, among overweight and obese nulliparous women, to investigate 1. the role of early pregnancy serum cholesterol and 2. clinical risk f...
متن کاملPregnancy/Preeclampsia Robust Early Pregnancy Prediction of Later Preeclampsia Using Metabolomic Biomarkers
Preeclampsia is a pregnancy-specific syndrome that causes substantial maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. The etiology is incompletely understood, and there is no clinically useful screening test. Current metabolomic technologies have allowed the establishment of metabolic signatures of preeclampsia in early pregnancy. Here, a 2-phase discovery/validation metabolic profiling study was p...

متن کاملScreening models using multiple markers for early detection of late-onset preeclampsia in low-risk pregnancy
BACKGROUND Our primary objective was to establish a cutoff value for the soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase 1(sFlt-1)/placental growth factor (PlGF) ratio measured using the Elecsys assay to predict late-onset preeclampsia in low-risk pregnancies. Our secondary objective was to evaluate the ability of combination models using Elecsys data, second trimester uterine artery (UtA) Doppler ultrasonogr...
